About the company:
Acorn Rentals provides replacement vehicles to people involved in motor vehicle accidents and in most cases we are reimbursed by the at faults insurance company. We have branches in Sydney (Meadowbank), Melbourne (Alphington), Adelaide (Kilkenny), Perth (Malaga) and Brisbane (Moorooka).

About the role:
The successful candidate will be working out of our capital city branches and will be responsible for the delivery and pick up of our rental vehicles to our customers throughout the metropolitan area. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic person to become a part of a great team.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well presented with a professional manner
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • A confident and friendly phone manner
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Knowledge of your city metro area is an advantage
  • Driver’s license essential

Your duties include:

  • Deliver and collect rental vehicles
  • Greet customers and conduct the rental handovers using our iPad based rental management software (full training provided and no experience necessary)
  • To ensure all vehicles are clean and ready for pre delivery to clients
